VALENTINE'S DAY CHOCOLATE CAKE

I planned to make a chocolate cake stuffed with fruits i.e. pineapple , mango and kiwi chunks and decorated the top with strawberries. but unfortunately i din't get the topping as i wanted , reason being the poor quality of butter cream i bought from store (i've promised myself not to buy this frosting again).Anyhow, on valentine's day, i decided to be happy and calm. 


So above is a chocolate cake stuffed with fruits and topping with chocolate and strawberries. One can see the cake before and after chocolate sprinkle.

MINI CAKES FOR BROTHER MOHAMMAD

Mohammad was having a farewell party back at school and he wanted me to back chocolate cake for him to take out with him for his friends and teachers. So, i baked two cakes i.e. chocolate cake with chocolate topping with cherries (above) and Vanilla with caramel topping and white chocolate decore (down) and cut both into 12 pieces each for 20servings

when he was back from his party, he was very happy as everybody liked these cakes:)

ANOTHER CHOCOLATE FRUIT CAKE

Viewing my previous fruit cake, my friend's aunt requested me to bake another chocolate cake with topping of fruits and only fruits as her family is in love with fruits and here is the outcome of the cake topped with Fruits AND Only Fruits on chocolate icing !!!!!

Vanilla cake with coconut icing and topping of lots of Kiwis, strawberries, peaches and pineapple dipped in sugar syrup. Maryam loved the cake and i felt as if my hard work has been rewarded:) m i right??
